Hi, I’m Cassie! I’m a mom and certified Health Coach specializing in preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum. A health coach is a trained professional who enables their clients to make long-term positive changes. With this kind of coaching, you decide what your goals are and I help guide you there with my extensive knowledge on motherhood and maternal health needs.

My approach is holistic in nature. Together we’ll discuss different aspects of your life that combined create your overall wellness. Most mamas come to me with specific goals in mind or just feel lost within this transition into motherhood.
