1 in-person prenatal meeting to discuss birth preferences and comfort measures
24/7 call/text support throughout pregnancy
Labor support until up to 2 hours after birth
1 postpartum wellness visit

Ultimate Birth Package (Most Popular)

Includes:

3 in-person prenatal meetings
- 1 will be reserved for discussing birth preferences and doula comforting techniques
- You may choose 2 from the following options for the remaining meetings:
  - Private childbirth education & labor coping skills
  - Private infant care and feeding preparation
  - Private postpartum planning session
  - Private pregnancy health coaching session on prenatal nutrition, stress management, and exercise for the mom-to-be
24/7 call/text support throughout pregnancy
Monthly video chat check-ins
Labor support until up to 2 hours after birth
1 postpartum wellness visit for up to 4 hours

Growing Family Postpartum Package

Includes:

6 postpartum doula visits
5 hours per visit
3 days per week for 2 weeks
Infant care, laundry, dishes, breast/chest and/or bottle feeding assistance, resources for mom, meal prep, and more
Care available on weekdays from 9am-4pm

What is a Birth Doula?

A doula is a trained professional who provides informational, physical, and emotional support to a birthing person before, during, and after childbirth. Doulas are essential workers. They are clinically proven to help prevent interventions and provide a more satisfying birth experience. I trained with the Long Island Doula Association. Therefore, I’m an expert in evidence based care and natural labor coping skills.

What is a Postpartum Doula?

Mother the mother. As a postpartum doula, this is my motto. After birth, you are taking care of your newborn full-time. When do you get to heal and rest? Who is taking care of you? That’s where I come in. It’s my job to help you get some well-deserved sleep and care.
